Post Articles of Incorporation definition

Post Articles of Incorporation means the Articles of Incorporation of Post, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Post Articles of Incorporation means the Articles of Incorporation of Post, as amended and supplemented and in effect on the date hereof.
