Money order means a payment order for a specified amount of money. The term includes an express money order and a personal money order on which the remitter is the purchaser.
Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.
Delivery Order is defined in Section 3.
postal item means an item addressed in the final form in which it is to be carried, irrespective of weight. In addition to items of correspondence, such items also include for instance books, catalogues, newspapers, periodicals and postal packages containing merchandise with or without commercial value, irrespective of weight;
Postal service means the United States postal service.
postal services means services consisting of the clearance, sorting, routing and delivery of postal items. This shall include both services falling within as well as services falling outside the scope of the universal service set up in conformity with Directive 97/67/EC;
Verified mail means any method of mailing that is offered by
Issuer Order and “Issuer Request” means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Energy Order means the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003;
First Class Mail When mailed first class to the last address of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective three (3) mail delivery days after deposit in a United States Postal Service office or mailbox. Certified Mail: When mailed certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective on receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt. Overnight Delivery: When delivered by overnight delivery (Federal Express/Airborne/United Parcel Service/DHL WorldWide Express) with charges prepaid or charged to the sender’s account, notice is effective on delivery, if delivery is confirmed by the delivery service. Facsimile transmission: When sent by facsimile to the facsimile number of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective on receipt, provided that, (a) a duplicate copy of the notice is promptly given by first-class or certified mail or by overnight delivery, or (b) the receiving party delivers a written confirmation of receipt. Any notice given facsimile shall be deemed received on the next business day if it is received after 5:00 p.m. (recipient’s time) or on a non-business day. Addresses for purpose of giving notice are as follows: To COUNTY: COUNTY OF MENDOCINO Xxxxx, XX 00000 Attn: To CONTRACTOR: [Name of Contractor] [Number and Street] [City, State, Zip Code] ATTN: Any correctly addressed notice that is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable because of an act or omission of the party to be notified shall be deemed effective as of the first date that said notice was refused, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable by the postal authorities, messenger, or overnight delivery service. Any party may change its address or facsimile number by giving the other party notice of the change in any manner permitted by this Agreement.
postal ballot means voting by post or through any electronic mode;
Bankruptcy Order means any court order made in a proceeding pursuant to or within the meaning of any Bankruptcy Law, containing an adjudication of bankruptcy or insolvency, or providing for liquidation, receivership, winding-up, dissolution, "concordate" or reorganization, or appointing a Custodian of a debtor or of all or any substantial part of a debtor's property, or providing for the staying, arrangement, adjustment or composition of indebtedness or other relief of a debtor.
Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;
Courier means any armed person who transports or offers to transport from one place to another
Regulatory Order means any injunction, order, judgment, decree, memorandum of understanding, consent decree, directive or regulatory restriction, or any change in or interpretation of any law, rule or regulation, imposed by a Governmental Entity.
Depositor Order A written order or request, respectively, signed in the name of the Depositor by any one of its Executive Officers.
Preliminary Order means the order proposed by the Settling Parties and approved by the Court in connection with the Motion for Entry of the Preliminary Order to be filed by Class Representatives through Class Counsel, as described in Paragraph 3.2 and in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.
Company Order means a written request or order signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.
First Day Orders means all orders entered by the Bankruptcy Court on the Petition Date or within five Business Days of the Petition Date or based on motions filed on the Petition Date.
Mass mailing means over two hundred substantially similar pieces of mail, but does not include a form letter or other mail that is sent in response to an unsolicited request, letter or other inquiry.
Stranded costs recovery order means each order issued by the
asset class means the category of the underlying interest of a derivative and includes, for greater certainty, interest rate, foreign exchange, credit, equity and commodity;
Issuing Entity Order or “Issuing Entity Request” means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuing Entity by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Mail means first-class letters and flats delivered via the United States Postal Service, including priority, express, and certified mail, and excluding packages, parcels, periodicals, and catalogues, unless they are clearly identifiable as pharmaceuticals or clearly indicate that they are sent by a state or county government agency.
notified order means an order published in the Official Gazette;
Transfer Order means a transfer order issued pursuant to subsection 40(1) of the CCA transferring this Agreement from the LHIN to Ontario Health;
