Posted Date definition

Posted Date is defined in Section 5.3 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Posted Date means, as used with respect to any Closed-End Collections or any Closed-End Collected Amount, the date on which such amount was Posted.
Posted Date. Any request submitted after the posted acceptance date may be denied.

  • As an administrative convenience, unless the Servicer is required to remit collections within two Business Days of the Posted Date, the Servicer will be permitted to make the deposit of collections net of distributions, if any, to be made to the Servicer with respect to the Collection Period.

  • Specified Date means any Redemption Date, any Payment Date for an Offer to Purchase or any date on which the Notes first become due and payable after an Event of Default.

  • Required Date means the date given a Registered Entity in a notice from the Compliance Enforcement Authority by which some action by the Registered Entity is required.

  • TARGET2 Business Day means, a day in which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System is open.

  • Valid Date means a Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day and on which another Averaging Date in respect of the relevant Valuation Date does not or is not deemed to occur.

  • Trading Day means a day on which the principal Trading Market is open for trading.

  • Settlement Date means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Note, the date on which such Called Principal is to be prepaid pursuant to Section 8.2 or has become or is declared to be immediately due and payable pursuant to Section 12.1, as the context requires.

  • Index Business Day means, in respect of an Index, any day on which the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index is scheduled to publish the level of the Index.

  • Valuation Date means any day during the Plan Term where the Plan or the Securities are valued according to prevailing market conditions on that day.

  • Bid Date means the date fixed for receipt of Bids as per Notice Inviting Bids or as extended by subsequent notification(s).

  • Computation Date is defined in Section 2.04.

  • Quotation Date means, in relation to any Interest Period (or any other period for which an interest rate is to be determined under any provision of a Finance Document), the day on which quotations would ordinarily be given by leading banks in the London Interbank Market for deposits in the currency in relation to which such rate is to be determined for delivery on the first day of that Interest Period or other period;
