Postseason Game means a Dunedin Blue Jays game that is played as part of the MiLB Low-A postseason;

Postseason Game means a Toronto Blue Jays home game that is played at the Stadium as part of the Postseason, including, for certainty, any of the following: (a) a Wild Card game (including a game played as part of any Wild Card Series), (b) a game played as part of an American League Division Series, (c) a game played as part of the American League Championship Series, and (d) a game played as part of the World Series. For certainty, Postseason Games do not include All Star or tie-breaker games;

Examples of Postseason Game in a sentence

  • Regular Season and Postseason Game Times (Varsity): Three (3) seventeen-minute periods with 10-12-minute intermissions.

  • In the event of any change to the scheduled start time of any Postseason included in the Package, Licensee shall not be entitled to (a) any refund of, or reduction in, the Fee, or (b) substitute such Postseason Game with a different Postseason Game in the same Postseason or any subsequent MLB regular season or postseason.

  • The Luxury Suite is accessible starting at the time that the gates open for the applicable Postseason Game and will be closed one half (1/2) hour after the completion of the applicable Game.

  • A valid Ticket to each Postseason Game included in the Package is required for entry to the Stadium and the Luxury Suite.

  • If a Postseason Game to which this License relates is unplayed for a reason other than a Force Majeure Event, Licensor shall grant Licensee a refund of the Fee via the same method that Licensee paid the Fee (or an abatement in the event the Fee or a portion of thereof remains payable).

  • For the purposes of this Section 16, the Postseason Game shall be considered “unplayed” only if it is not played as initially scheduled and is never rescheduled to, and played on, an alternate date and/or time.

  • Reasons for the Postseason Game being unplayed include (a) the Toronto Blue Jays failing to qualify for participation in a particular Postseason series that includes the applicable Postseason Game; and (b) a Postseason series ending without the applicable Postseason Game being scheduled or played (e.g., where a series is won by a team without the need for the Postseason Game to be played).

  • The start time of a Postseason Game included in a Package is subject to change without notice.

  • No Postseason Game that is commenced, whether or not it is later suspended, interrupted or called, will be considered “unplayed”.

  • Licensee shall be entitled to the exclusive use of the Luxury Suite and to the accompanying Tickets for each Postseason Game included in the applicable Package selected by Licensee as set forth in the Luxury Suite Confirmation.

  • Bingo means a specific game of chance played with (i) individual cards having randomly numbered

  • Big game means species of hoofed protected wildlife.

  • Tournament means a competition for the playing of Poker, which is restricted to persons who have completed an entry form and have paid the prescribed entry fee;

  • Cannabis retailer means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains usable cannabis from cannabis cultivators and cannabis items from cannabis manufacturers or cannabis wholesalers, and sells these to consumers from a retail store, and may use a cannabis delivery service or a certified cannabis handler for the off-premises delivery of cannabis items and related supplies to consumers. A cannabis retailer shall also accept consumer purchases to be fulfilled from its retail store that are presented by a cannabis delivery service which will be delivered by the cannabis delivery service to that consumer.

  • Youth Football means those participating at ages under 11s to under 18s.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Games means games of chance.

  • Marijuana retailer means a person who sells marijuana items to a consumer in this state.

  • Enslavement means the exercise of any or all of the powers attaching to the right of ownership over a person and includes the exercise of such power in the course of trafficking in persons, in particular women and children;

  • Ozone season means the period of time beginning May 1 of a year and ending on September 30 of the same year, inclusive.

  • Season means the period of time between an AGM and the subsequent AGM.

  • Educational activity means an activity offered by a school, school district, charter school or county office of education that constitutes an integral fundamental part of elementary and secondary education, including, but not limited to, curricular and extracurricular activities.

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • CDDP means "Community Developmental Disabilities Program".

  • POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;

  • Adult theater means a theater, concert hall, auditorium, or similar commercial establishment which regularly features persons who appear in a state of nudity or live performances which are characterized by the exposure of "specified anatomical areas" or by "specified sexual activities."

  • Playground means any park or recreational area designed in part to be used by children that has play or sports equipment installed or that has been designated or landscaped for play or sports activities, or any similar facility located on public or private school grounds or on [City or County] grounds.

  • Peak Season means the weeks containing the 24th through 36th Wednesdays of the calendar year. Each such week shall begin on a Monday and end on the following Sunday, except for the week containing the 36th Wednesday, which shall end on the following Friday.

  • Museum means a non-profit making, permanent institution in the service of society and of its development, and open to the public, which acquires, conserves, researches, communicates and exhibits, for purposes of study, education and enjoyment, material evidence of people and their environment;

  • Tour means visiting a location, for a purpose relating to the duties of a public official, and not primarily for entertainment, including:

  • Player means any Contract Player, Non Contract Player or other player who plays or who is eligible to play for a Club.

  • Transient merchant means any person who engages in a temporary or itinerant merchandising business and in the course of such business hires, leases or occupies any building or structure whatsoever, or who operates out of a vehicle which is parked anywhere within the City limits. Temporary association with a local merchant, dealer, trader or auctioneer, or conduct of such transient business in connection with, as a part of, or in the name of any local merchant, dealer, trader or auctioneer does not exempt any person from being considered a transient merchant.

  • Play or "Bet" means the six (6) numbers, the first five (5) from a field of sixty-nine

  • Cart means a plastic Container with a hinged lid and wheels that is serviced by an automated or semi-automated Collection vehicle. A Cart has capacity of 20, 35, 64 or 96 gallons (or similar volumes).

  • broadcasting service means a radiocommunication service in which the transmissions are intended for direct reception by the general public. This service may include sound transmissions, television transmissions or other types of transmission.

  • Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.
