Power Potential Tender definition

Power Potential Tender means the daily tender process to be conducted by UKPN during Wave 2 and Wave 3 for the provision of Power Potential Services;
Power Potential Tender in relation to Wave 2 or Wave 3, means a tender for the provision of Reactive Power Response made by the Provider pursuant to the terms of the Market Procedure;

Examples of Power Potential Tender in a sentence

  • Where Power Potential Active Power Trials have been initiated, DER Providers will receive Utilisation Prices for Active Power Response volumes accepted based on the prices submitted into the Power Potential Tender, as per the Framework Agreement.

  • A DER Unit must complete the Active Power Service elements of the Mandatory Technical Trial before the Provider can offer Active Power Response in any Power Potential Tender.

  • DER Reactive Service Providers will receive: Availability Payments for Reactive Power Availability accepted in the Power Potential Tender and Utilisation Payments for Reactive Power Response Availability Prices (£/MVar/hr) and Utilisation Prices (£/MVarh) will be the prices submitted by DER Providers as bids for Service Windows at the day-ahead stage, and will be paid on a pay-as-bid basis.

  • This may exceed the availability implied by the DER expected operating level submitted at the Day Ahead Power Potential Tender.

  • UKPN may by notice in writing or by email to the Provider suspend the Power Potential Service at any time if: by reason of an outage on the National Electricity Transmission System, UKPN has been informed by the System Operator that the Power Potential Service cannot be utilised; or by reason of the DERMS or the DERMS Web Interface being unavailable, UKPN is unable to conduct the Power Potential Tender.

  • In relation to each Service Window on a Trading Day in Wave 2 and Wave 3, for which a Power Potential Tender has been held, UKPN shall notify to the Provider (through the DERMS Web Interface) by not later than 17.00 on the Day Ahead, whether its offer to make the DER Unit Available throughout that Service Window has been accepted in the Power Potential Tender in accordance with the Market Procedures (the ‘Production Schedule’).

  • The Parties confirm that the level of Availability shall be specified in the Power Potential Tender or shall otherwise be the Availability offered by the Provider in Wave 1, and shall be verified through the DERMS Monitoring.

Related to Power Potential Tender

  • Optional Tender means any tender of VRDP Shares by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent, other than a Mandatory Tender, for Remarketing or, in the event (i) no Remarketing occurs on or before the Purchase Date, or (ii) pursuant to an attempted Remarketing, VRDP Shares remain unsold and the Remarketing Agent does not purchase for its own account the unsold VRDP Shares tendered to the Tender and Paying Agent for Remarketing (provided that the Remarketing Agent may seek to sell such VRDP Shares in a subsequent Remarketing prior to the Purchase Date), for purchase by the Liquidity Provider pursuant to Section 2 of Part II of the Articles Supplementary and this Agreement.

  • Legal tender means a medium of exchange, including specie, that is authorized by the United States Constitution or Congress for the payment of debts, public charges, taxes and dues.

  • U.S. Legal Tender means such coin or currency of the United States of America as at the time of payment shall be legal tender for the payment of public and private debts.

  • e-Tender means Bids / Quotation / Tender received from a Firm / Tenderer / Bidder online.

  • Invitation to Tender or "ITT" means the Invitation to Tender issued by the Authority on 14/11/2012;

  • Bid/Tender means the Techno Commercial and the Price Bid submitted by the Bidder along with all documents/credentials/attachments, formats, etc., in response to this Bid Document, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.

  • The Tenderer means the individual or firm supplying the Goods under this Contract.

  • Approved tenderer means the tenderer who is approved by the Employer.

  • Request for Tender means the Request for Tender given to prospective tenderers inviting offers to tender for the supply of the Goods and Services of which these General Conditions of Contract form part.

  • Bidder/Tenderer means the interested Firm/ Company that may provide or provides related goods / services to any of the public/ private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.

  • Successful Tenderer means the Tenderer declared technically and financially successful for the Project and with whom, the Contract Agreement shall be signed.

  • Appendix to Tender means the appendix comprised in the form of Tender annexed to these Conditions.

  • Open Tenders means the tenders invited in open and public manner and with adequate notice.

  • Limited Tenders means tenders invited from all or some Contractors on the approved or select list of Contractors with the Railway.

  • Request for Tender (RFT means the document(s) containing or referring to the Conditions of Tendering and Contract, the Annexure, Special Conditions of Contract (if any), Northern Territory Procurement Code, Scope of Services, Response Schedules, Drawings or Diagrams (if any) and any other document issued for the purposes of inviting tenders for the Services.

  • Notice of Tender means, in connection with an Optional Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent, indicating an intention to tender VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.

  • Government aggregator means any government entity subject

  • Government Servant means any person appointed by Government to any civil service or post in connection with the affairs of the Union & includes a civilian in a Defence service;

  • Government of Sudan means the government in Khartoum, Sudan, which is led by the National Congress Party or any successor government formed on or after October 13, 2006, including the coalition National Unity Government agreed upon in the Comprehensive Peace Agreement for Sudan and does not include the regional government of southern Sudan.

  • Participating municipality means a municipality that is designated by or under the Act as a participating municipality in a conservation authority.

  • Form of Tender means the form of tender in Part C – Form of Tender to this ITT on which Tenderers are to complete their Tenders;

  • Government List means any of (i) the two lists maintained by the United States Department of Commerce (Denied Persons and Entities), (ii) the list maintained by the United States Department of Treasury (Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons), and (iii) the two lists maintained by the United States Department of State (Terrorist Organizations and Debarred Parties).

  • Notice Inviting Tender means the notice issued by a SNDB through publication in the newspapers or through electronic means for the purpose of inviting bids, or applications for pre-qualifications, or expression of interests, which may include Tender Notice, Invitation for Bids, Notice for Pre- qualifications or Request for Expression of Interests;

  • Acceptable Tender means any Tender which, in all respects, complies with the conditions of Tender and specifications as set out in the Tender document, including conditions as specified in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) and the Supply Chain Management of Council.

  • Government energy aggregation program means a program and

  • Government Lists means, collectively, (i) the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons Lists maintained by OFAC, (ii) any other list of terrorists, terrorist organizations or narcotics traffickers maintained pursuant to any of the Rules and Regulations of OFAC, and (iii) any similar lists maintained by the United States Department of State, the United States Department of Commerce or any other governmental authority or pursuant to any Executive Order.
