PPS Policy definition

PPS Policy means this community club sustainably player point’s policy as amended by AFL Victoria from time to time.
PPS Policy means the community club player points policy as amended by the SFL from time to time.

Examples of PPS Policy in a sentence

  • Will allocate the final figure for Total Team Points to each Senior Team for each Club for the following Season in accordance with this PPS Policy.

  • For the purpose of a Player Points Allocation, a playing coach or playing assistant coach is classified as a Player and will be assessed in accordance with this PPS Policy and Appendix A.

  • Leagues will make every attempt to communicate the allocation of each Club’s Total Team Points for the following Season in accordance with this PPS Policy by 1 December in each Calendar year (or such other date as determined by the relevant League).

  • Metropolitan Leagues and Region Commissions, at their discretion may review this one point allocation particularly where the playing history of that player includes prior participation in Competitions that have adopted this PPS Policy.

  • In applying any enforcements provisions in relation to any breach of the PPS Policy, Metropolitan Leagues and Region Commission shall take into consideration whether the breach was assessed as: • Unintentional - where a club had not been provided with accurate information.

Related to PPS Policy

  • R&W Policy means a representation and warranty insurance policy for the benefit of Buyer obtained in connection with this Agreement on the terms described on Schedule 1.01 of the Buyer Disclosure Schedule.

  • Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy - Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);

  • Group Policy /”policy” means the breakdown policy as set out in this document;

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.

  • Health insurance policy means a policy that provides specified benefits for hospital and/or general treatment and meets all requirements under section 63-10 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.

  • Master Policy means a single worker’s compensation insurance policy issued by an insurer authorized to do business in this state to an employee leasing company in the name of the employee leasing company that covers more than one client of the employee leasing company.

  • D&O Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(c).

  • CSR Policy means the present Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of the Company, which covers the activities to be undertaken by the Company as specified in Schedule VII to the Act and the CSR Expenditure thereon.

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • D&O Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • R&W Insurance Policy means the representations and warranties insurance policy issued to Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • The Policy means any insurance policy held by the Landlord for the Property or the Fixtures and Fittings.

  • Risk Management Policy means the Risk Management Policy of the Borrower in effect on the date of this Agreement as amended from time to time.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • Primary Insurance Policy Each policy of primary mortgage guaranty insurance or any replacement policy therefor with respect to any Mortgage Loan.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Blanket insurance policy means a group policy covering a defined class of

  • Support Services Policy means Elastic’s support services policy for a Product, as further described at a URL referenced in an applicable Addendum.

  • Business Travel Policy means our business travel policy. A copy of our current Business Travel Policy is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit B.

  • Life Insurance Policy has the meaning given in Section 6.10.

  • Special Primary Insurance Policy Any Primary Insurance Policy covering a Mortgage Loan the premium of which is payable by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.04(a), if so identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule. There are no Special Primary Insurance Policies with respect to any of the Mortgage Loans.
