Examples of PRC Options in a sentence

  • The PRC Options will not be continued or assumed by the Company, Apex or the Merger Subs as part of the Mergers.

  • The replacement stock options will be credited with vesting to the same extent as the existing PRC Options being replaced, and the new replacement awards will be subject to same vesting schedule and exercisability provisions.

Related to PRC Options

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 1.3 of this Agreement.
