A Preaward survey request from a procuring agency contracting officer (DFARS 9.106) should precede new aircraft work considered for contract award without existing DoD aircraft contracts currently under the GFRC.
Pre-award survey information will not be rated by the Government.

The USPTO reserves the right to conduct a Pre-award survey IAW FAR 9.106 to verify and determine that the Offeror has the facilities and equipment necessary to perform the contract.
