Precious Metals Futures definition

Precious Metals Futures means Gold Futures contract(s), Silver Futures contract(s), Platinum Futures contract(s) or Palladium Futures contract(s), and “Options on Precious Metals Futures” means any option on Precious Metals Futures.
Precious Metals Futures means (i) COMEX Gold Futures; (ii) COMEX Silver Futures; (iii) NYMEX Platinum Futures; and (iv) NYMEX Palladium Futures.

  • Precious metals means silver, gold, platinum, palladium, iridium, osmium, rhodium, and ruthenium.

  • Precious Metal means the following, in coin, bullion, or other form:

  • Scrap metal means ferrous or nonferrous metal, or items that contain ferrous or nonferrous metal, that are sold or offered for sale for the value of the ferrous or nonferrous metal they contain rather than their original intended use; ferrous or nonferrous metal removed from or obtained by cutting, demolishing, or disassembling a building, structure, or manufactured item; or other metal that cannot be used for its original intended purpose but can be processed for reuse in a mill, foundry, die caster, or other manufacturing facility.

  • Financial Futures Contract means the firm commitment to buy or sell fixed income securities including, without limitation, U.S. Treasury Bills, U.S. Treasury Notes, U.S. Treasury Bonds, domestic bank certificates of deposit, and Eurodollar certificates of deposit, during a specified month at an agreed upon price.

  • Silver means elemental silver having an atomic weight of 107.869 and the chemical element symbol of Ag, whether found by itself or in combination with its alloys or any other metal.

  • Gold means elemental gold having an atomic weight of 196.967 and the chemical element symbol of Au, whether found by itself or in combination with its alloys or any other metal.

  • Metal means precious metal, including, without limitation, gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium, and ruthenium.

  • Securities and Futures Ordinance means the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong);

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Consignment means products which are either sent simultaneously from one exporter to one consignee or covered by a single transport document covering their shipment from the exporter to the consignee or, in the absence of such a document, by a single invoice;

  • Distillery means any place or premises where any process of distillation whatever of spirits is carried on, or where any process of rectification of spirits is carried on, or where any spirits are manufactured or produced from any substance whatever by any process other than fermentation;

  • Consumer-goods transaction means a consumer transaction in which:

  • Consumer goods means goods that are used or bought for use primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.

  • Futures means a futures contract which gives the buyer the obligation to purchase a specific asset, and the seller to sell and deliver that asset at a specific future date, unless such contract is terminated prior to such date for any reason;

  • Merchant means any corporate entity, person or other establishment, supplying goods and/or services, which a Card Scheme Member Bank has approved and made arrangements to accept the Card or the Card numbers as a mode of payment or reservation by the Cardholder.

  • Natural Gas or “Gas” means wet gas, dry gas, all other gaseous hydrocarbons, and all substances contained therein, including sulphur and helium, which are produced from oil or gas xxxxx, excluding those condensed or extracted liquid hydrocarbons that are liquid at normal temperature and pressure conditions, and including the residue Gas remaining after the condensation or extraction of liquid hydrocarbons from Gas such that any Gas sold under this Agreement shall be of the quality as indicated in Clause 7.

  • Scrap metal dealer means a person or governmental unit that buys scrap metal and is not a first purchaser. The term includes, but is not limited to, a person, whether or not licensed under state law or local ordinance, that operates a business as a scrap metal recycler, scrap processor, secondhand and junk dealer, or other person that purchases any amount of scrap metal on a regular, sporadic, or 1-time basis.

  • Petroleum Products means gasolines and petroleum oil distillates or blend stocks as further described in Item 10.

  • CGM means the officer - in-charge of the CGM unit of DFCCIL and shall also include GM(Co) of DFCCIL.

  • Inventory Tracking System means the required tracking

  • Stock Index Futures Contract means a bilateral agreement pursuant to which the parties agree to take or make delivery of an amount of cash equal to a specified dollar amount times the difference between the value of a particular stock index at the close of the last business day of the contract and the price at which the futures contract is originally struck.

  • Bullion means gold, silver, or platinum in a bulk state, where its value depends on its content rather than its form, with a purity of not less than 900 parts per 1,000.

  • Portfolio Management Services means management of the investment and reinvestment of the assets belonging to the Series, consisting specifically of the following:

  • Metal tire means every tire the surface of which in contact with the highway is wholly or partly of metal or other hard, nonresilient material.

  • Consignee means the person to whom the goods are required to be delivered as specified in the Contract. If the goods are required to be delivered to a person as an interim consignee for the purpose of dispatch to another person as provided in the Contract then that "another" person is the consignee, also known as ultimate consignee.

  • Copper Loop is a stand-alone local loop comprised entirely of copper wire or cable. Copper Loops include two-wire and four-wire analog voice-grade copper Loops, digital copper Loops (e.g., DS0s and integrated services digital network lines), as well as two-wire and four-wire copper Loops conditioned to transmit the digital signals needed to provide digital subscriber line services, regardless of whether the copper Loops are in service or held as spares. The copper Loop includes attached electronics using time division multiplexing technology, but does not include packet switching capabilities.
