Preferential Location definition

Preferential Location means Unit facing or abutting green areas/wide road/club/swimming pool and any other location as may be specified/designated as Preferential Location by the Company
Preferential Location shall have the meaning attributed to the term in recital I of this Agreement.
Preferential Location means facing or abutting green areas and roads wider than 12 mtrs, and floors built on corner plots.

Examples of Preferential Location in a sentence

  • Preferential Location Charges (PLC) on Basic Sale Price (BSP) of apartment shall be applicable as per price & payment schedule for apartments on all floors facing the parks and main entrance, side flats etc.

  • The Applicant(s) agrees and undertakes to make payment of Preferential Location Charges (PLC) and any additional cost incurred by the Company for allotment of Preferential /Superior located Flat to the Applicant(s), as may be prescribed and decided by the Company.

  • THAT the Company apart from basic price of the Apartment shall fix Preferential Location Charges (PLC) for certain apartments and if the intending Allottee(s) opts for the booking of any such apartment, he/she shall also pay such charges.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Residential property means improved property that:-

  • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.
