Preferred Stock Redemption definition

Preferred Stock Redemption means redemption of all of the outstanding shares of Series A Preferred Stock by the Company.
Preferred Stock Redemption shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Preferred Stock Redemption

Preferred Stock Redemption means the redemption or repurchase by Parent of up to 3,528 shares of the Series A Preferred Stock of Parent, in accordance with Parent's Certificate of Incorporation on or prior to June 30, 1997 for an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,225,000.
