Prefunding Target Amount definition

Prefunding Target Amount means, with respect to the Class A Notes and the Class B Notes, the amount calculated pursuant to Section 3.23.
Prefunding Target Amount means the amount calculated pursuant to Section 3.21.
Prefunding Target Amount with respect to all tranches of Class A Notes of a series means the greater of the amount computed under clause (a) or (b) for the applicable Due Period, and with respect to all tranches of Class B Notes of a series means the amount computed under clause (c):

Examples of Prefunding Target Amount in a sentence

  • If the Issuer determines as of the end of any Due Period with respect to any Class A Notes or Class B Notes of a series that, after giving effect to all allocations and payments with respect to that Due Period, the Prefunding Target Amount of that class is greater than zero, the targeted deposit to the Principal Funding sub-Accounts for the affected classes of that series will be the Prefunding Target Amount for that series.

  • If the Issuer determines as of the end of the preceding Monthly Period with respect to any Class A Notes or Class B Notes that, after giving effect to all allocations and payments with respect to that Monthly Period, the Prefunding Target Amount of that class is greater than zero, the targeted deposit to the Principal Funding sub-Accounts for the affected classes will be the Prefunding Target Amount for the BAseries.

  • If the Issuer determines as of the end of the preceding Monthly Period with respect to any Class A Notes, Class B Notes or Class C Notes that, after giving effect to all allocations and payments with respect to that Monthly Period, the Prefunding Target Amount of that Tranche will be greater than zero, the targeted deposit to the Principal Funding sub-Account for the affected Tranches will be the Prefunding Target Amounts for such Tranche.

  • The Prefunding Target Amount for the Class A Notes shall be allocated among the Tranches of Class A Notes, pro rata, based on the Nominal Liquidation Amount of each Tranche of Class A Notes.

  • The Prefunding Target Amount for the Class C Notes shall be allocated among the Tranches of Class C Notes, pro rata, based on the Nominal Liquidation Amount of each Tranche of Class C Notes.

  • The Prefunding Target Amount for the Class B Notes shall be allocated among the Tranches of Class B Notes, pro rata, based on the Nominal Liquidation Amount of each Tranche of Class B Notes.

  • M4 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 84.30% and (ii) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount.

  • M2 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 81.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.
