Preliminary Base Shelf Prospectus has the meaning ascribed thereto in the fifth paragraph of this Agreement;

Preliminary Base Shelf Prospectus means the preliminary short form base shelf prospectus of the Company dated June 24, 2019, filed with the Securities Commissions for the purpose of qualifying the distribution in the Qualifying Jurisdictions of the securities described therein, including all Documents Incorporated by Reference therein and any Supplementary Material;

Preliminary Base Shelf Prospectus means the preliminary short form base shelf prospectus prepared by the Company dated August 27, 2020 relating to the distribution of up to $200,000,000 of subordinate voting shares and other securities of the Company specified therein including, for greater certainty, the documents incorporated or deemed to be incorporated by reference therein;

Preliminary Base Shelf Prospectus means the preliminary short form base shelf prospectus of the Company dated July 21, 2021, including all documents incorporated therein by reference;
