Preliminary Class A Certificate Rate definition

Preliminary Class A Certificate Rate means the interest rate set pursuant to Section 5.02(b) or 5.03(a) of the Standard Terms, as applicable.
Preliminary Class A Certificate Rate. ' means the interest rate set pursuant to Section S.02(b) or S.03(a) of the Standard Terms, as applicable.

Examples of Preliminary Class A Certificate Rate in a sentence

  • Six Business Days before any Term Reset Date, the Remarketing Agent will determine the Preliminary Class A Certificate Rate pursuant to the standard set forth in the first sentence of this Subsection 5.03(a).

  • Six Business Days before any Monthly Reset Date, the Remarketing Agent will determine the Preliminary Class A Certificate Rate pursuant to the standard set forth in the first sentence of this Subsection 5.02(b).

  • The Monthly Reset Rate may be more than, but will be at least equal to such Preliminary Class A Certificate Rate, provided that it may not exceed the Maximum Reset Rate.

  • The Term Reset Rate may be more than but will be at least equal to such Preliminary Class A Certificate Rate, provided that it may not exceed the Maximum Reset Rate (or in the case of a continuation of the Term Reset Rate Method, the initial Term Reset Rate (plus fifty basis points (0.50%)).

Related to Preliminary Class A Certificate Rate

  • Class A Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Class A Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.11%.

  • Class B Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Period with respect to the Class B Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR as of the LIBOR Determination Date for such Interest Period plus the Class B Certificate Rate Spread.

  • Certificate Rate means 0.00% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A Certificate Principal Balance As of any date of determination, the sum of the Class A-1 Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2A Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2B Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2C Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2D Certificate Principal Balance and the Class R Certificate Principal Balance.

  • Class A Certificate Any Class A-1 Certificate, Class A-2 Certificate, Class A-3 Certificate, Class A-4 Certificate, Class A-5 Certificate, Class A-6 Certificate or Class A-7 Certificate.

  • Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance At any given time, the sum of the then current Class Principal Balances of the Certificates.

  • REMIC Certificate Maturity Date The "latest possible maturity date" of the Regular Certificates as that term is defined in Section 2.07.

  • Class B-5 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-5 Certificate.

  • Aggregate Certificate Balance when used with respect to Certificates, means, at any time of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of any two or more Principal Balance Certificates or of all the Certificates of any particular Class or Classes of Principal Balance Certificates, or, when used with respect to an EX XXXXX III Regular Interest, shall have the same meaning as “Certificate Balance”, or, when used with respect to a Class PST Component, shall mean the Class A-S-PST Percentage Interest of the Certificate Balance of the Class A-S REMIC III Regular Interest, the Class B-PST Percentage Interest of the Certificate Balance of the Class B REMIC III Regular Interest or the Class C-PST Percentage Interest of the Certificate Balance of the Class C REMIC III Regular Interest, as applicable.

  • Class B-4 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-4 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-4 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-4 Certificate.
