Preliminary Work means all work done in the concept and preparatory stages (including non-exhaustively design, artwork, colour matching).
Preliminary assessment means the first phase in the process of identifying areas of concern and determining whether contaminants are or were present at a site or have migrated or are migrating from a site, and shall include the initial search for and evaluation of, existing site specific operational and environmental information, both current and historic, to determine if further investigation concerning the documented, alleged, suspected or latent discharge of any contaminant is required. The evaluation of historic information shall be conducted from 1932 to the present, except that the department may require the search for and evaluation of additional information relating to ownership and use of the site prior to 1932 if such information is available through diligent inquiry of the public records.
Preliminary Final Prospectus means any preliminary prospectus supplement to the Basic Prospectus which describes the Securities and the offering thereof and is used prior to filing of the Final Prospectus, together with the Basic Prospectus.
Preliminary Report means the communication used for the prompt dissemination of data obtained during the early stages of the investigation;
Preliminary Title Report A report issued by a title insurance company in anticipation of issuing a Title Insurance policy which evidences existing liens and gives a preliminary opinion as to the absence of any encumbrance on title to a Mortgaged Property, except liens to be removed on or before purchase or refinance, as the case may be, by the Borrower and Permitted Encumbrances.
Data Tape Information The information provided by the Responsible Party as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Responsible Party's Mortgage Loan identifying number; (2) the Mortgagor's name; (3) the street address of the Mortgaged Property including the city, state and zip code; (4) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner-occupied, a second home or investment property; (5) the number and type of residential units constituting the Mortgaged Property (i.e., a single family residence, a 2-4 family residence, a unit in a condominium project or a unit in a planned unit development, manufactured housing); (6) the original months to maturity or the remaining months to maturity from the Cut-off Date, in any case based on the original amortization schedule and, if different, the maturity expressed in the same manner but based on the actual amortization schedule; (7) with respect to First Lien Mortgage Loans, the Loan-to-Value Ratio, and with respect to the Second Lien Mortgage Loans, the Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio at origination; (8) the Mortgage Interest Rate as of the Cut-off Date; (9) the date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (10) the stated maturity date; (11) the amount of the Scheduled Payment as of the Cut-off Date; (12) the last payment date on which a Scheduled Payment was actually applied to pay interest and the outstanding principal balance; (13) the original principal amount of the Mortgage Loan; (14) the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Cut-off Date, after deduction of payments of principal due and collected on or before the Cut-off Date; (15) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Adjustment Date; (16) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Gross Margin; (17) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Lifetime Rate Cap under the terms of the Mortgage Note; (18) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, a code indicating the type of Index; (19) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Periodic Mortgage Interest Rate Cap under the terms of the Mortgage Note; (20) the type of Mortgage Loan (i.e., fixed rate, adjustable rate, first lien, second lien); (21) a code indicating the purpose of the loan (i.e., purchase, rate and term refinance, equity take-out refinance); (22) a code indicating the documentation style (i.e., full documentation, limited documentation or stated income); (23) the loan credit classification (as described in the Underwriting Guidelines); (24) whether such Mortgage Loan provides for a Prepayment Premium; (25) the Prepayment Premium period of such Mortgage Loan, if applicable; (26) a description of the Prepayment Premium, if applicable; (27) the Mortgage Interest Rate as of origination; (28) the credit risk score (FICO score) at origination; (29) the date of origination; (30) the Mortgage Interest Rate adjustment period; (31) the Mortgage Interest Rate floor; (32) the Mortgage Interest Rate calculation method (i.e., 30/360, simple interest, other); (33) a code indicating whether the Mortgage Loan has been modified; (34) with respect to First Lien Mortgage Loans, the current Loan-to-Value Ratio, and with respect to Second Lien Mortgage Loans, the current Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio; (35) the one year payment history;
Preliminary Plans means a site plan, architectural floor plans, elevations, outline specifications and a cost estimate for each utility, site development, conversion, and remodeling project. The drawings shall be sufficiently descriptive to accurately convey the location, scope, cost and the nature of the improvement being proposed.
Summary data means statistical records and reports derived from data on individuals but in which individuals are not identified and from which neither their identities nor any other characteristic that could uniquely identify the individual is ascertainable.
Preliminary plat means a map showing the salient features of a proposed subdivision submitted to an approving authority for purposes of preliminary consideration.
Preliminary Closing Statement has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(a)(ii).
Seller Information As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).
Preliminary Mortgage Schedule As defined in Section 3.
preliminary inquiry or "intake" means a mandatory, preadjudicatory interview of the juvenile and, if available, the parents, legal guardian, or other custodian of the juvenile, which is performed by a duly authorized individual to determine whether a juvenile comes within the purview of the Oklahoma Juvenile Code, whether nonadjudicatory alternatives are available and appropriate, and if the filing of a petition is necessary;
Preliminary Prospectuses means, collectively, the Canadian Preliminary Prospectus and the U.S. Preliminary Prospectus;
Preliminary Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(c).
Preliminary Approval means the Court’s Order Granting Preliminary Approval of the Settlement.
Limited Use Free Writing Prospectus means any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus that is not a General Use Free Writing Prospectus.
Limited Use Free Writing Prospectuses means any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus that is not a General Use Free Writing Prospectus.
Preliminary Prospectus Supplement means any preliminary prospectus supplement to the Base Prospectus which describes the Securities and the offering thereof and is used prior to filing of the Final Prospectus Supplement, together with the Base Prospectus.
Preliminary Official Statement means the preliminary official statement of the University relating to the Bonds.
Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:
Preliminary Offering Memorandum means the preliminary offering memorandum consisting of the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus and the preliminary international wrap to be used for offer and sale to persons/entities that are resident outside India;
Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;
Line Information Data Base (LIDB) means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other network elements and provides return result, return error, and return reject responses as appropriate. Examples of information that Account Owners might store in LIDB and in their Line Records are: ABS Validation Data, Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS) data, ZIP Code data, and Calling Name Information.
Service Information means information concerning the Services provided by the Contractor to the Authority in accordance with Clause 32.1 for inclusion in the Authority's catalogue and/or any Beneficiary's catalogue from time to time;
Issuer Limited Use Free Writing Prospectus means any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus that is not an Issuer General Use Free Writing Prospectus.
