Preliminary Public Art Plan means the plan submitted by the Developer’s Public Art Consultant to the Civic Arts Coordinator that describes the Artist’s or Artists’ proposed scope of work for On-Site Publicly Accessible Art, the proposed location(s) for the artwork, and the Artist(s) selection process that will be employed, and includes a written agreement between the Public Art Consultant and the Developer with a payment schedule directly related to the scope of work
