Premium Rate Mortgage Loans. For any Loan Group, the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group having Net Mortgage Rates in excess of the Required Coupon for such Loan Group.
Premium Rate Mortgage Loans. With respect to Loan Group 2, the Mortgage Loans having Net Mortgage Rates less than 6.625% per annum but greater than 6.000% per annum. For Loan Group 3 the Mortgage Loans having Net Mortgage Rates greater than 7.000% per annum. With respect to Loan Group 5 the Mortgage Loans having Net Mortgage Rates greater than 6.000% per annum.
Premium Rate Mortgage Loans. The Subgroup 2 Loans having Pass-Through Rates greater than or equal to 5.000% per annum.

  • Any Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Bankruptcy Losses, Excess Fraud Losses, Extraordinary Losses on Premium Rate Mortgage Loans will be allocated among the Senior Certificates (other than the Class P Certificates) and Subordinate Certificates, on a pro rata basis, as described below.
