Prepayment Threshold definition

Prepayment Threshold has the meaning given to it in Clause 7.5 (Mandatory Prepayment).
Prepayment Threshold means $1,000,000,000.
Prepayment Threshold means 25% (Twenty-Five per cent) of the sanctioned Loan amount is prepaid prematurely within any Financial Year on the terms and conditions prescribed by the Non-Bank Financial Institution from time to time and in force from time-to-time.
