Prepetition Payment definition

Prepetition Payment means a payment (by way of adequate protection or otherwise) of principal or interest or otherwise on account of any (i) Prepetition Debt, (ii) “critical or foreign vendor payments” or (iii) trade payables (including, without limitation, in respect of reclamation claims), or other pre-petition claims against any Credit Party.
Prepetition Payment means any payment, prepayment or repayment made on account of, or with respect to, any Prepetition Indebtedness.
Prepetition Payment means, a payment (by way of adequate protection or otherwise) of principal or interest or otherwise on account of any Prepetition Obligations or trade payables or other Prepetition claims against the Debtors.

  • Moreover, to the extent such claims are listed on the Schedules and Statements, inadvertently or otherwise, the Debtors do not waive any right to amend the Schedules and Statements and/or subsequently object to such claims on any basis, including that such claims have already been satisfied through payments with respect to the Pre-petition Payment Orders.
