Moreover, to the extent such claims are listed on the Schedules and Statements, inadvertently or otherwise, the Debtors do not waive any right to amend the Schedules and Statements and/or subsequently object to such claims on any basis, including that such claims have already been satisfied through payments with respect to the Pre-petition Payment Orders.
Pursuant to various orders entered or to be entered by the Bankruptcy Court (collectively, the "Pre-petition Payment Orders"), the Debtors were or will be authorized to pay certain outstanding pre-petition claims, including, without limitation, certain claims of employees for wages, salaries and benefits, certain tax claims and certain claims of critical vendors, and foreign creditors.

The amount of any payment made to a particular holder of a Settled Claim's Unsecured PI Asbestos Claim by the Plan Trust shall be calculated by multiplying the Liquidated Value of such holder's Unsecured PI Asbestos Claim by a percentage which equals the then-applicable Payment Percentage less such holder's Prepetition Payment Percentage.
