Prepetition Swap Claims definition

Prepetition Swap Claims means any and all Claims against the Debtors arising under, derived from, or based upon the Prepetition Swap Agreement.
Prepetition Swap Claims means the Claims under or evidenced by the Prepetition Swap Agreements allowed in the aggregate amount of $7,415,000.
