Prepositioning Date means date falling one (1) Banking Day prior to the proposed Delivery Date.

  • Intake means “Sanctioned Intake”.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Cleaning means the act of removing septage or other wastes from a wastewater treatment system component or grease/waste from a grease interceptor.
