Press Announcement definition

Press Announcement means the press announcement relating to the Transaction in the Agreed Form;

Press Announcement means the firm intention announcement to be published pursuant to Rule 2.7 of the Code in substantially the form attached in Appendix 1 to this undertaking;

Press Announcement means the press announcement containing details of the Offer which the Purchaser and the Company propose to release on the date of this Deed, a draft of which is attached to this Deed;

Examples of Press Announcement in a sentence

• I acknowledge that the release of the Press Announcement is at Bidco’s absolute discretion.

• The release of the Offer Press Announcement and the posting of the Takeover Offer Documents if a Takeover Offer is pursued has been or will be, prior to their release or posting (as the case may be) duly authorized by the Borrower.

More Definitions of Press Announcement

Press Announcement means the press announcement dated 17 May 2006 issued by or on behalf of the Parent announcing the Offer.
