Price Guides definition

Price Guides is a complete product line listing created and maintained by the Contractor. The Price Guide contains “NYS Net Delivered Price” for NYS Authorized Users, and shall be updated as listed herein under SECTION 24 PRICE CHANGES.

Examples of Price Guides in a sentence

  • The NDIA Price Guides change from time to time and as a user of our service you agree to such changes (e.g., If the NDIA put up/down the cancellation fee or time period for cancellation you agree to those changes).

  • Our cancellation amount and period are determined by the most current NDIA Price Guides.

  • All Price Guides created for this Contract are subject to audit by the State.

  • All applicable allowances must be passed through to the State whether or not such allowances are presented in the Contractor’s Price Guides.

  • Contractor shall have a designated website for Authorized Users' direct access of NYS Price Guides with the ability to download a copy for offline use.

  • NEW YORK STATE FOOD PRODUCTS Contractor may be required to designate New York State Food Products in their Price Guides.

  • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.

  • Collection Policy means the collection policies of the Seller/Servicer, which are the practices and procedures employed in the servicing of Receivables as of the Closing Date, as described in Exhibit E hereto.
