Product Line. Offerors with a published catalog may submit the entire catalog. Region 4 ESC reserves the right to select products within the catalog for award without having to award all contents. Region 4 ESC may reject any addition of equipment options without cause.

Product Line. It must be clearly evident to IU13 that a bidder is capable of prompt delivery of all items on the list to be awarded to the bidder.

Product Line. The Alliance Machine product line shall mean a five model line of multi-terrain, Caterpillar-branded, positive drive, rubber-track loaders incorporating the ASV MTSS technology combined with Caterpillar skid steer loader machine technology. The Parties agree that these models shall generally be larger than the ASV "R" series and smaller than the ASV 4800 series. A more detailed description of the proposed product line as currently contemplated is provided in Exhibit A.
