Product Line. The Bank shall keep confidential any information it or its agents obtain as a result of this right of inspection. However, if the Bank enforces it security interest under the Security Agreement it shall be free to share any such information that is related to its Collateral with such persons it deems necessary for purposes of liquidating or selling the Collateral. Furthermore, the Bank and its agents may disclose any such information as required by a subpoena or order of any court of law.
