Value of Contract means the sum accepted or the sum calculated in accordance with the prices accepted in Tender and/or the Contract rates as payable to the Contractor for the entire execution and full completion of the work.
Option Contract means a standardised contract the effect of which is that a person acquires the option—
Fixed price contract means a contract that provides a price, for each
Date of Contract means the date on which notification of award of contract/letter of award/telex award has been issued.
Sale Contract means a contract providing for the sale of one or more projects to one or more contracting parties and includes a contract providing for payment of the purchase price in one or more installments. If the sale contract permits title to the project to pass to the other contracting party or parties prior to payment in full of the entire purchase price, it shall also provide for the other contracting party or parties to deliver to the municipality or to the trustee under the indenture pursuant to which the bonds were issued one or more notes, debentures, bonds or other secured or unsecured debt obligations of such contractingparty or parties providing for timely payments, including without limitation, interest thereon for the balance of the purchase price at or prior to the passage of such title.
Contract Purchase Price means the amount actually paid or allocated in respect of the purchase, development, construction or improvement of a Property or the amount of funds advanced with respect to a Mortgage, or the amount actually paid or allocated in respect of the purchase of other Assets, in each case exclusive of Acquisition Fees and Acquisition Expenses, but in each case including any indebtedness assumed or incurred in respect of such Property.
Prepaid contract means any Contract that has terminated or been prepaid in full prior to its scheduled expiration date (including because of a Casualty Loss), other than a Defaulted Contract.
CFD Contract or "CFD" shall mean a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;
Price Bid means the Price Bid submitted by the Bidder, in accordance with Clause 8.15.2;
Standard Contract means a contract concerning a wholesale energy product admitted to trading at an organised market place, irrespective of whether or not the transaction actually takes place on that market place;
O&M Contract means the operation and maintenance contract that may be entered into between the Concessionaire and the O&M Contractor for performance of all or any of the O&M obligations;
Installment sale contract or "contract" means an agreement for the retail sale of a motor vehicle, or that has a similar purpose or effect, under which part or all of the price is payable in 2 or more scheduled payments subsequent to the making of the agreement or under which the obligor undertakes to make 2 or more scheduled payments or deposits that can be used to pay part or all of the purchase price, whether or not the seller has retained a security interest in the motor vehicle or has taken collateral security for the buyer's obligation, and any extension, deferment, renewal, or other revision of that agreement. sales contract means a contract under which a trader transfers or agrees to transfer the ownership of goods to a consumer and the consumer pays or agrees to pay the price, including any contract that has both goods and services as its object. Conformity
Forward Contract means, for each Forward, the Confirmation evidencing such Forward between the Company and the Forward Purchaser or an Alternative Forward Purchaser.
sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;
Purchase Contract means, with respect to any Unit, the contract forming a part of such Unit and obligating the Company to (i) sell, and the Holder of such Unit to purchase, shares of Common Stock and (ii) pay the Holder thereof Contract Adjustment Payments, in each case on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in Article 5 hereof.
Options Contract or “Option” means a Contract that confers the right but not the obligation to trade the Underlying at a pre-defined price on a pre-defined date in the future;
Effective Date of Contract means the date established in the Contract for the Contractor’s work to begin, or the date the Contract has been fully executed and received all required approvals, whichever date is later.
Service Contract means, with respect to a Financed Vehicle, the agreement, if any, financed under the related Receivable that provides for the repair of such Financed Vehicle.
Base Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Price Agreement means a definite quantity contract or indefinite quantity contract which requires the contractor to furnish items of tangible personal property, services or construction to a state agency or a local public body which issues a purchase order, if the purchase order is within the quantity limitations of the contract, if any.
Prime Contract means the contract between LOCKHEED MARTIN and the U.S. Government or between LOCKHEED MARTIN and its higher-tier contractor who has a contract with the U.S. Government.
Cash Value Insurance Contract means an Insurance Contract (other than an indemnity reinsurance contract between two insurance companies) that has a Cash Value greater than $50,000.
FX Forward Contract is defined in Section 2.1.3.
Call-Off Contract means any contract for the Supply of Services between a Framework Public Body and the Contractor entered into in accordance with the Award Procedures and based on the Standard Terms of Supply.
