Price Taker definition

Price Taker means a prequalified CMU other than one which has, in accordance with capacity market rules, been registered as a price-maker on the capacity market register;
Price Taker means an institution authorised by MTS to take part (exclusively by means of Orders) in the trading of Financial Instruments on the Market, in accordance with these Market Rules.
Price Taker has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Unit Price Table means the table of prices per unit set out in the Contract;

  • Congestion Price means the congestion component of the Locational Marginal Price, which is the effect on transmission congestion costs (whether positive or negative) associated with increasing the output of a generation resource or decreasing the consumption by a Demand Resource, based on the effect of increased generation from or consumption by the resource on transmission line loadings, calculated as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 2.

  • Price Gap means the following:

  • Settlement Price Date means the Valuation Date. "Valuation Date" means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • GDP price deflator means the average of the four implicit price

  • Option Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 9.36(b) hereof.

  • Minimum Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04.
