Primary Additional Bandwidth definition

Primary Additional Bandwidth means the Bandwidth, if any, Available to PSINet on a Major Route (as defined), which, together with the Bandwidth, if any, already being used on the route by PSINet, adds up to one OC-48 Equivalent. {*} shall mean any route between two metropolitan statistical areas with populations of at least *.
