Primary Connection definition

Primary Connection means, in the context of a CO Diversity Connection, the existing Non- Residential End-User Connection, NBAP Connection, or combination of Connections based on Schedules 10 and 11, in respect of which NetLink Trust provides the CO diversity service described under Schedule 22;
Primary Connection means a Non-Residential Connection which has been requested prior to or contemporaneously with the submission of the RL’s request for a COD Connection in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein;

  • In addition, NLT shall not have any obligation to provide priority recover to the COD Connection and the Primary Connection that are affected by an outage.

Related to Primary Connection

  • Water Connection means the point where a water service line attaches to a water main, thereby allowing water to flow from the City’s water system to an individual customer.

  • Water Service Connection (lateral) shall mean the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water distribution system that is located between the Corporation’s water main in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.

  • Cross Connection means a jumper cable or similar connection provided pursuant to Collocation at the digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame or other suitable frame or panel between (i) the Collocating Party’s equipment and (ii) the equipment or facilities of the Housing Party.

  • Service Connection means all cables and equipment required to connect the supply mains to the electrical installation of the consumer at the point of supply;

  • Interconnection arrangements means arrangements governing the physical connection of two or more networks to allow the use of another's network to hand off traffic where it is ultimately delivered (e.g., connection of a customer of telephone provider A to a customer of telephone company B) or sharing data and other information resources.

  • connecting sewer means a pipe owned by the municipality and installed by it for the purpose of conveying sewage from a drainage installation on a premises to a sewer beyond the boundary of those premises or within a servitude area or within an area covered by a way-leave or by agreement;

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Inter-connected Agency means two or more companies having any of the following features:

  • Disconnection means a deactivation of connection assets that results in cessation of distribution services to a consumer;

  • connecting point means the point at which the drainage installation joins the connecting sewer;

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Interconnection is as defined in the Act.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program authority or "VSMP authority" means an authority approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, to operate a Virginia Stormwater Management Program.
