Point of Connection definition

Point of Connection means the point at which electricity may flow into or out of the Network;
Point of Connection or “POC” is a mutually agreed upon point of demarcation between networks where the delivery of traffic from one Party to the other Party takes place.
Point of Connection means the point at which electricity may flow between the Network and the Consumer’s Installation and to which an Installation Control Point is allocated.

  • Should service to a Xxxxx Retail Customer necessitate the CDD relocating or increasing the size of its wastewater main to connect to the Point of Connection, the CDD shall have no obligation to undertake and complete the upsizing unless and until the involved Development and/or Xxxxx pays or otherwise makes arrangement, in a manner acceptable to the CDD, for payment of all costs of such relocation or increase in size.

  • Xxxxx shall review the proposed Point of Connection based upon the CDD’s technical requirements.

  • The CDD shall determine each Point of Connection of the two systems to serve the Developments.

Point of Connection means the outlet side of Company measuring and regulating equipment.
