Examples of NBAP Connection in a sentence

  • The RL shall not use any NBAP Connection for the purpose of reselling or aggregating end-user data traffic.

  • The RL shall not use the NBAP Connection for the purpose of reselling or aggregating end-user data traffic.

  • Upon successful submission of the fault report via the NetLink Trust Platform, the RL shall email NLT NOC to notify that the fault submitted relates to a 1:1 NBAP Connection provisioned under this Agreement, and the RL shall also indicate the Order Request Identifiers issued to the Schedule 10 and 11 Requests, respectively, in the email.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, NLT shall at its own discretion determine the fibre routing plan and the serving CO and Building MDF Room from which the second 1:16 NBAP Connection will be provided.

  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, nothing in this Agreement shall affect the rights and obligations of both Parties under the RL’s ICO Agreement in respect of the OE NBAP Connection provided to the RL under this Agreement.

  • During the term of this Agreement, NLT shall provision one (1) 1:16 Non-Building Address Point Connection ("1:16 NBAP Connection ), at the Designated Building set out in Annex 2.
