Primary Directories definition

Primary Directories means White Pages and/or Yellow Pages directories with respect to a particular Service Area which are Published in accordance with the Publishing Obligation.
Primary Directories has the meaning set forth in the Publishing Agreement.
Primary Directories is defined in the Publishing Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, Primary Directories shall also include: (i) any Directory Product Licensee is required to Publish pursuant to the terms of the Publishing Agreement; and (ii) any underlay or overlay (as such terms are generally used in the telephone directories publishing business) print Directories Products that cover all or a portion of a geographic area covered by a Primary Directory.

Examples of Primary Directories in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 3.4 and applicable Legal Requirements, Publisher may select the type or medium of delivery of such Primary Directories, provided that, in addition to complying with Section 3.4, Publisher shall make no change to the type or medium of delivery of any White Pages unless, in each case, Publisher makes the same change to the type and medium of delivery of each Yellow Pages distributed by Publisher in the same Scoped Area.

  • Publisher will include phone service pages in the Primary Directories that provide information needed for users to establish, maintain and use local phone service.

  • Subject to Exhibit C and any Legal Requirements, Publisher will have the sole and exclusive right, acting in a commercially reasonable manner, to determine the scope, design, format, content, organization, style, size, and appearance of the Primary Directories, and all other aspects of Publishing the Primary Directories.

  • Upon QC ceasing to provide local telephone service in a geographic area, Publisher will no longer have any obligation under this Agreement to Publish Primary Directories for that geographic area; provided, however, that Publisher will Publish any Primary Directories scheduled to be issued within one year of QC ceasing such service if required by any Legal Requirement.

  • Subject to Section 3.1(b), Publisher may select the type or medium of delivery of such Primary Directories.

  • Without limiting rights under applicable law, QC agrees not to copy the Directory Products or any other Publisher products and services, or any portion thereof, provided, however, that QC may make a reasonable number of copies of limited portions of the Primary Directories for use in performing its obligations under this Agreement and ensuring that its Subscribers are being listed in and receiving copies of the Primary Directories as provided herein.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section 3.10 shall limit in any way Publisher’s obligation to abide by any Additional Legal Requirement and implement any change related to the Publishing of Primary Directories that is required thereby.

  • To the extent that Publisher is authorized as the official publisher of a Secondary Directory pursuant to Exhibit C within a Service Area, the obligations of Publisher with respect to delivery and distribution of Primary Directories set forth in this Section 3.8 will, upon request by Subscribers, apply to such Secondary Directories.

  • Each party shall comply in all material respects with, and have the sole responsibility for complying with, all applicable laws and regulations applicable to such party, including but not limited to those relating to the Primary Directories and Secondary Directories, the use of the QDB therewith and the development, provision, marketing and sales thereof, including, without limitation, to the extent applicable to such party, laws and regulations relating to telecommunications services.

  • In addition, the parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the placement of the names, trade names, and/or trademarks or service marks comprising or used in the QDB to appear in a consistent location for all Primary Directories and Secondary Directories published pursuant to the Publishing Agreement.

Related to Primary Directories

  • Continuity Directors means (A) those members of the Board who were directors on the date hereof and (B) those members of the Board (other than a director whose initial assumption of office was in connection with an actual or threatened election contest, including but not limited to a consent solicitation, relating to the election of directors of Ceridian) who were elected or appointed by, or on the nomination or recommendation of, at least a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the then-existing directors who either were directors on the date hereof or were previously so elected or appointed; or

  • Directory means the Directory of Certified "Minority Business Enterprises" and "Women Business Enterprises" maintained and published by the City of Chicago. The Directory identifies firms that have been certified as MBEs and WBEs, and includes both the date of their last certification and the area of specialty in which they have been certified. Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE, and WBE firms.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Servers means the servers established, installed and operated by Licensee within the Territory only for the service of Game to End Users in the Territory.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Athletic director means an individual responsible for administering the overall athletic program of an educational institution or, if an educational institution has separately administered athletic programs for male students and female students, the athletic program for males or the athletic program for females, as appropriate.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Small municipal separate storm sewer system or "small MS4" means all separate storm sewers that are (i) owned or operated by the United States, a state, city, town, borough, county, parish, district, association, or other public body (created by or pursuant to state law) having jurisdiction over disposal of sewage, industrial wastes, stormwater, or other wastes, including special districts under state law such as a sewer district, flood control district or drainage district, or similar entity, or an Indian tribe or an authorized Indian tribal organization, or a designated and approved management agency under § 208 of the CWA that discharges to surface waters and (ii) not defined as "large" or "medium" municipal separate storm sewer systems or designated under 4VAC50-60-380 A 1. This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) means the Federal repository into which an Entity must enter the information required under the Transparency Act, which may be found at xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov.

  • Unfit-for-use tank system means a tank system that has been determined through an integrity assessment or other inspection to be no longer capable of storing or treating hazardous waste without posing a threat of release of hazardous waste to the environment.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.

  • Primary dose monitoring system means a system which will monitor the useful beam during irradiation and which will terminate irradiation when a pre-selected number of dose monitor units have been delivered.
