Telephone Directories. Each Party shall ensure that: (a) directories of all fixed telephone subscribers are available to users in a form approved by the national regulatory authority, whether printed or electronic, or both, and are updated on a regular basis, and at least once a year; and (b) organisations that provide the services referred to in subparagraph (a) apply the principle of non- discrimination to the treatment of information that has been provided to them by other organisations.

Telephone Directories. Potential Clients seeking a Coach can look one up in the telephone directory. Coaches may list themselves in telephone books and other directories as their name, followed by “Independent OPTAVIA Coach” or “Independent Coach with OPTAVIA.” Certified Coaches may identify themselves as such in telephone directories (as an “Independent Certified OPTAVIA Coach”). This rule also applies to local on-line directories or listings. OPTAVIA Coach telephone directory listings must be approved by the Company.
Telephone Directories. (1) Telephone Directories are TSTT’s property and the Telephone Directories’ content may not be reproduced without TSTT’s prior written consent. TSTT accepts no liability or responsibility for errors, omissions, misplacements or other irregularities in content of the telephone directory. Auxiliary binders and/or folders may not be used without TSTT’s permission and no advertising labels or stickers may be affixed to a telephone directory. (2) Unless otherwise requested by Customer in writing, Customer’s fixed line telephone number will be listed in TSTT’s residential telephone directory. TSTT shall have no obligation to correct any error in Customer’s entry prior to general publication of a new telephone directory. Requests for changes in directory listings should be made in writing and mailed to Manager, Directory Publications, TSTT, 00- 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Port of Spain or via email to xxxxxxxx@xxxx.xx.xx. (3) The following rules will apply to Directory White and Yellow Page listings and TSTT’s Directory Assistance records: (a) Residential and Business Subscribers will be entitled to one (1) free listing in lightface type in the White Pages of the Directory and one (1) entry in the Directory Assistance records. (b) Business Subscribers will be entitled to a lightface type listing in the Yellow Pages of the Directory and online at xxxxxxxxx.xxx. (4) TSTT reserves the right to reject any residential listing it deems to be advertising and any listing which it deems objectionable, contrary to public policy or in breach of any applicable regulations. (5) TSTT shall not accept Overseas Listings for inclusion in the White Pages residential listing or the Directory Assistance records of TSTT. (6) Customer may request that their telephone number be omitted from the telephone directory. The number will also not be available in TSTT’s Directory Assistance records. (7) TSTT will endeavor not to disclose any number that Customer requests remain unlisted except as may be required by law but TSTT accepts no liability for any claims arising directly or indirectly from any disclosure whether in the telephone directory, the operator, or by the use of any other telephone services offered by TSTT or otherwise. (8) Customer is entitled to one free copy of the telephone directory while stocks last for each telephone line rented by the Customer. Telephone Directories. The telephone and room numbers of Executive Board members, Assistant Vice Presidents and Stewards shall be included in the Agency’s internal telephone directory. The Union shall advise the Agency of changes in the names and titles of Union Officials.
Telephone Directories. 7.1 As Client of a telephone service, we offer you a free listing in the (printed and/or electronic) telephone directory once per edition, and a listing with the directory inquiries. This will not apply to prepaid connections and forms of mobile telephone services stating that listing in a telephone directory and directory inquiries is not offered. Against payment, you can choose not to be listed in directories and/or with the directory inquiries. 7.2 In case of a standard listing as referred to in paragraph 1, a (main) telephone number, name, and address of the location will be listed alphabetically in a uniform manner for each location where one or more Connections are provided. Against payment, you can choose to be listed differently than with a standard listing with agreed emphasis. 7.3 You will be listed as considered efficient by SETAR and as much as possible in accordance with the information provided by the Client. The information you provide or later change for the listing in the directory and the directory inquiries shall be correct and complete and not violate the rights of third parties. If you use a limited standard listing offered by us, we can charge you a fee for this purpose. 7.4 If offered by us, additional listings (including advertising) can be agreed on beside the listing referred to in the previous paragraphs. A separate agreement will be concluded for this purpose, to which these General Terms and Conditions will not apply. 7.5 The telephone directory and the directory inquiries shall be composed by SETAR with due care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and rightfulness of the information listed in the telephone directory and/or in the directory inquiries. SETAR will not accept any liability for any omissions or inaccuracies or for the wrongfulness of the listings included. 7.6 When you are a Client of a Connection to the Fixed Telephone Service, we will issue a free printed telephone directory once per edition. More copies can be obtained against payment.
Telephone Directories. Telenor is responsible for publishing a telephone directory listing all end users of public telephone service in Norway, on both fixed and mobile networks. However, this does not apply to listing numbers of end users who have reserved the right not to be listed in the directory. Nor does this apply to numbers assigned to end users internally in a company, until the company or end user so desires. The telephone directory shall be published in printed and electronic form, cf. section 5-4, second paragraph, of the Ecom Regulations. The telephone directory shall be updated regularly and published at least once a year. The directory shall be distributed in printed form to end users who have not reserved the right not to receive such a directory. End users listed with more than one number are entitled only to one printed copy of the directory each. The directory shall be made available in electronic form to end users who desire this. Information received from providers of public telephone service shall be processed in a non- discriminatory manner, cf. section 5-4 of the Ecom Regulations. The emergency numbers in effect at the time in question shall appear prominently in the directory. The information shall be treated in compliance with privacy legislation. No information shall be disclosed in violation of a statutory duty of confidentiality.
