Minor subdivision means a subdivision that creates five or fewer lots from a tract of record.
Political subdivision means a city, village, town or county.
Governmental subdivision means any city, county, or combination thereof.

Local political subdivision means a county, municipal corporation, township, conservancy district, soil and water conservation district, joint recreation district, park district, or other similar park authority.

Plat means a map or other graphical representation of lands being laid out
Floor wax stripper means a product designed to remove natural or synthetic floor polishes or waxes through breakdown of the polish or wax polymers, or by dissolving or emulsifying the polish or wax. “Floor Wax Stripper” does not include aerosol floor wax strippers or products designed to remove floor wax solely through abrasion.
Exchange Area means an area, defined by the Commission, for which a distinct local rate schedule is in effect.
Map means the Flood Hazard Boundary Map (FHBM) or the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) for a community issued by FEMA.
Subdivider means a person who causes land to be subdivided or who proposes a subdivision
Impact surface means an interior or exterior surface that is subject to damage by repeated sudden force such as certain parts of door frames.
