Prime Common Stock definition

Prime Common Stock means the Prime Common Stock, $0.0025 par ------------------ value, of the Company.
Prime Common Stock means the $0.01 par value common stock of Guarantor.
Prime Common Stock has the meaning given such term in the Amended Stockholders Agreement.
