Prime Construction Contract definition

Prime Construction Contract means the contract dated on or about the Closing Date between the Construction Agent and the Prime Contractor, as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Construction Agency Agreement.
Prime Construction Contract means that certain Agreement for Guaranteed Maximum Price Construction Services for Le Rêve dated as of June 4, 2002 between ▇▇▇▇ Las Vegas and the Prime Contractor.
