Primed Parties definition

Primed Parties means the parties who hold Primed Liens.
Primed Parties shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.2.
Primed Parties means Persons with existing Liens, rights and interests that are primed as referenced in Section 2.9(iv).

More Definitions of Primed Parties

Primed Parties means the Existing Lenders whose liens are primed by the Banks pursuant to Section 364(d)(1) of the Bankruptcy Code as described in clause (e) of the Introduction and Section 2.23.
Primed Parties has the meaning assigned to it in the DIP Order.
Primed Parties means, collectively, the Trustee, the Pre-Petition Secured Noteholders, the Bridge Agent and the Bridge Lenders.
Primed Parties means, the Pre-Petition Secured Parties other than holders ofLender Swap Obligations” (as defined in the Pre-Petition Credit Agreement) that are secured by Non- Primed Pre-Petition Swap Liens.

  • Covered Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).

  • Company Released Parties means the Company and any of its past or present employees, agents, insurers, attorneys, administrators, officials, directors, shareholders, divisions, parents, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors, employee benefit plans, and the sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators of the Company’s employee benefit plans.

  • Settling Parties means, collectively, Defendant and Plaintiffs, individually and on behalf of the Class and all Released Persons.

  • Indemnified Persons has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.12(d).

  • Released Parties means Defendant and its present and former subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, divisions, officers, directors, members, managers, shareholders, insurers, suppliers, manufacturers, re-sellers, distributors, brokers, service providers, employees, agents, legal representatives, heirs, predecessors, successors, or assigns.
