Company Released Parties definition

Company Released Parties means the Company and any of its past or present employees, agents, insurers, attorneys, administrators, officials, directors, shareholders, divisions, parents, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors, employee benefit plans, and the sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators of the Company’s employee benefit plans.
Company Released Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(b).

  • It is understood that nothing in this Agreement is to be construed as an admission on behalf of the Company Released Parties of any wrongdoing with respect to the Employee, any such wrongdoing being expressly denied.

More Definitions of Company Released Parties

Company Released Parties means the Company, any of its direct or indirect stockholders holding a beneficial ownership of more than 5% of the Company’s voting stock and any of its and their respective divisions, parents, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors (and any of its and their respective past, current and future employees, agents, insurers, attorneys, administrators, officials, directors, direct or indirect shareholders, employee benefit plans, and the sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators of such employee benefit plans in their individual or representative capacities).
Company Released Parties means, collectively, the Company and its subsidiaries, the Note Trustee (and its parents) and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates and present and former shareholders, officers, directors, employees, financial advisors, legal counsel and agents.
