Released Parties definition

Released Parties means Defendant and its present and former subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, divisions, officers, directors, members, managers, shareholders, insurers, suppliers, manufacturers, re-sellers, distributors, brokers, service providers, employees, agents, legal representatives, heirs, predecessors, successors, or assigns.
Released Parties means the Released Defendant Parties and the Released Plaintiff Parties.
Released Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • You hereby acknowledge and agree that any breach of your obligations under this Agreement, to the extent applicable, would cause the Company or any of the other Released Parties irreparable harm and any remedy at law for such breach or threatened breach would be inadequate, and that the non-breaching party or parties shall be entitled to injunctive relief (without having to post a bond) in the event of such breach or threatened breach, in addition to any other available rights and remedies.

  • Upon such determination that any term or other provision of this Release is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this Release shall be enforceable as closely as possible to its original intent, which is to provide the Released Parties with a full release of all legally releasable claims through the date upon which Employee executes this Release.

  • In the event you violate the terms of this Section 2, in addition to any other rights and remedies available to the Company and/or any of the other Released Parties, you agree to (a) pay all costs and expenses incurred by any of the Company and/or any of the other Released Parties in the defense of any such action, lawsuit or arbitration, including reasonable attorneys’ fees; and (b) repay to the Company the Severance Benefit.

  • This is a general release that is intended to apply to all Claims Employee may have against the Released Parties through the date Employee executes this Release, except those Claims that cannot be waived pursuant to applicable laws.

Released Parties is defined in Section 6.02(d) of the Servicing Agreement.
Released Parties means the Company and its past, present and future parents, subsidiaries, divisions, successors, predecessors, employee benefit plans and affiliated or related companies, and also each of the foregoing entities’ past, present and future owners, officers, directors, stockholders, investors, partners, managers, principals, members, committees, administrators, sponsors, executors, trustees, fiduciaries, employees, agents, assigns, representatives and attorneys, in their personal and representative capacities. Each of the Released Parties is an intended beneficiary of this Release.
Released Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.

Released Parties means the Deed Administrators, the Administrators, the Group Deed Administrators, the Group Administrators, the Ad Hoc Committee (in their capacity acting as the Ad Hoc Committee, and not as Group Creditors), the AFF Financiers (in their capacity acting as the AFF Financiers, and not as Group Creditors), the Advisers, the Administrative Parties, and in each case, their Related Parties, and Holdco and Opco and their past, present and future officers, directors and employees;
Released Parties shall have the meaning given such term in Section 12.11.
Released Parties means Defendants and each and all of their Related Parties.
