Principal Advance Rate definition

Principal Advance Rate means the Default Rate; provided, further, that at no time shall the Principal Advance Rate be less than the rate per annum borne by any Outstanding Note (other than the Revolving Note) on any date.
Principal Advance Rate means, on any particular date, a rate of interest calculated with respect to a particular Principal Advance equal to the Base Rate from time to time in effect; provided, however, that immediately and upon the occurrence of an Event of Default (and without any notice given with respect thereto) and during the continuation of such Event of Default, “Principal Advance Rate” shall mean the Default Rate; provided, further, that at no time shall the Principal Advance Rate be less than the rate per annum borne by any Outstanding Note (other than the Revolving Note) on any date.
Principal Advance Rate has the meaning set forth in the Advance Rate definition.

  • Such interest shall be payable by the Corporation in arrears (based on the actual days elapsed since the date of such Principal Advance, divided by 365), on the first day of each calendar month during the term of each Principal Advance and, with respect to any such amount repaid, on the date any such amount is repaid, at a rate per annum equal to the Principal Advance Rate.

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • Receivables Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(i) hereof.

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Principal amount financed means the unpaid cash price balance after deducting the down payment, adding the cost of any insurance premiums required or obtained as security for or by reason of the sale of a motor vehicle under an installment sale contract, and adding other costs necessary or incidental to the sale of the motor vehicle under the contract that the seller contracts to pay on behalf of the buyer and for the amount of which the seller agrees to extend credit to the buyer and for which the buyer contracts voluntarily.

  • Advance Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13.

  • Outstanding Principal Advances means, as of the last day of a Collection Period with respect to a Receivable, the portion of Outstanding Advances allocable to principal.

  • Term Loan Interest Rate means for any day a per annum rate of interest equal to the greater of (i) (a) the prime rate as reported in The Wall Street Journal, plus (b) 5.90%, and (ii) 9.15%.

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).

  • Maximum Advance Amount shall be Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) per Advance Notice.

  • Loan Interest Rate means, as to any Loan, the annual rate of interest specified in the Loan.

  • Class B Note Rate means % per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.

  • Inventory Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(ii) hereof.

  • Credit Card Advance Rate means 90%.

  • Collateral Principal Amount means on any date of determination (A) the aggregate principal balance of the Portfolio, including the funded and unfunded balance on any Delayed Funding Term Loan or Revolving Loan, as of such date plus (B) the amounts on deposit in the Accounts (including cash and Cash Equivalents) representing Principal Proceeds as of such date minus (C) the aggregate principal balance of all Ineligible Investments as of such date.

  • Note Rate means, in the case of the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-1 Rate; in the case of the Class A-2a Notes, the Class A-2a Rate; in the case of the Class A-2b Notes, the Class A-2b Rate; in the case of the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-3 Rate; in the case of the Class A-4 Notes, the Class A-4 Rate; in the case of the Class B Notes, the Class B Rate; in the case of the Class C Notes, the Class C Rate; and in the case of the Class D Notes, the Class D Rate.

  • Principal Amount Outstanding means, in respect of a Covered Bond on any day the principal amount of that Covered Bond on the relevant Issue Date thereof less principal amounts received by the relevant Covered Bondholder in respect thereof on or prior to that day.

  • REO Principal Amortization With respect to any REO Property, for any calendar month, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate of all amounts received in respect of such REO Property during such calendar month, whether in the form of rental income, sale proceeds (including, without limitation, that portion of the Termination Price paid in connection with a purchase of all of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties pursuant to Section 9.01 that is allocable to such REO Property) or otherwise, net of any portion of such amounts (i) payable pursuant to Section 3.23(c) in respect of the proper operation, management and maintenance of such REO Property or (ii) payable or reimbursable to the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.23(d) for unpaid Servicing Fees in respect of the related Mortgage Loan and unreimbursed Servicing Advances and P&I Advances in respect of such REO Property or the related Mortgage Loan, over (b) the REO Imputed Interest in respect of such REO Property for such calendar month.

  • Gross advance amount means the sum payable to the payee or for the payee's account as consideration for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights before any reductions for transfer expenses or other deductions to be made from such consideration.

  • Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount has the meaning specified in the Indenture.

  • Class A Note Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period, a fixed rate equal to 4.10% per annum with respect to the Class A Notes.

  • Net Note Rate means, with respect to each Note, the applicable Note Rate minus the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Then-Current Interest Rate means the most recently published Xxxxxxx Mac survey rate for 30-year fixed-rate loans.
