Certificate of operation means a document issued by the administrator or an approved local jurisdiction for a conveyance indicating that the conveyance has been inspected by the administrator, an approved local jurisdiction, or a licensed third-party conveyance inspector and approved under this article.
Hours of Operation are the hours established by the Employer to provide adequate service to the public and to fulfil the functions of the work unit.
Commencement of Operations means, with respect to any Facility, the completion and the performance of all of the following activities:
Area of operation means the area from which the persons can be admitted as members of the Bank.
Plan of operation means the plan of operation of the program
Business operations means engaging in commerce in any form, including by acquiring, developing, maintaining, owning, selling, possessing, leasing, or operating equipment, facilities, personnel, products, services, personal property, real property, or any other apparatus of business or commerce.
Operations means all the activities conducted by PURCHASER under this contract, including project work, logging, or post harvest activities; or the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to successfully complete any individual item or the entire contract.
School fiscal year means a fiscal year that commences July 1 and continues through June 30.
Significant Financial Interest means anything of monetary value, including but not limited to, salary or other payments for services (e.g., consulting fees or honoraria); equity interests (e.g., stocks, stock options or other ownership interests); and intellectual property rights (e.g., patents, copyrights, license agreements, and royalties from such rights). The term does not include:
Monitoring well means a water well intended for the purpose of determining groundwater quality or quantity.
Active business operations means all business operations that are not inactive business operations.
Class B operator means an individual designated by an UST system owner or operator as having control of or responsibility for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the system. The Class B operator typically performs or ensures the performance of operation and maintenance activities at a UST facility, maintains records of those activities, and reports those activities to the department.
Principal building means the main building or structure on a single lot or parcel of land and includes any attached garage or attached porch.
Operational Period means a period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with a date and time at which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.
Branch operations means any business operations of a branch captive insurance company in this State.
In operation means engaged in activity related to the primary design function of the source.
