Principal Company definition

Principal Company means a company referred to in Article 27(2)(a);
Principal Company means the electric utility company or companies which own the affected facility. “Resource recovery unit” means a facility that combusts more than 75% non-fossil fuel on a quarterly (calendar) heat input basis.
