Principal Directions definition

Principal Directions means, with respect to the Security Trustee, the directions of the Note Trustee(s) for the Holders of the highest ranking class of Notes outstanding (meaning the Class A Notes for so long as there are Class A Notes outstanding and thereafter, the Class B Notes so long as there are no Class A Notes outstanding and thereafter, the Class C Notes so long as there are neither Class A Notes nor Class B Notes outstanding and thereafter, the Class D Notes for so long as there are no Class A Notes, Class B Notes nor Class C Notes outstanding;
