Principal Instruments definition

Principal Instruments shall have the meaning specified in section 4.2 of this Agreement.
Principal Instruments means the Pledged Lessor Notes, the Lease Indentures, the Participation Agreements and the Leases.

  • Commercial Agreements means all or any Agreement or Agreements with any third party including but not limited to broadcasting, media, sponsorship, marketing, merchandising, licensing and advertising, for the general promotion of each or any of the Clubs in the Competition and the Company, and which have the object of promoting the welfare and general commercial interest and increasing the financial resources of each of the Clubs, the Company and the Competition.

  • Loan and Security Agreement “thereunder”, “thereof” or similar words referring to the Loan Agreement shall mean and be a reference to this Agreement and (b) each reference in the Financing Agreements to a “Note” or “Revolving Credit Note” shall mean and be a Revolving Credit Note as defined in this Agreement.
