Commanding Officer means the Commanding Officer of a training ship furnished by the Administration.

The Investigating Officer may be another senior officer of the District Council, an officer of another authority or an external investigator.
Catering Officer means a person who is responsible for catering services.
Assessing Officer means an officer of a State Government or Board or licensee, as the case may be, designated as such by the State Government;
Presiding officer means the labor commissioner or designee.
Reporting Officer With respect to the Owner Trustee, any officer, employee or other person within the Corporate Trust Office of the Owner Trustee having responsibility for the administration of the Trust Agreement.
Contracting Officer means the person designated by the Director or his duly authorized representative to execute this Agreement on the behalf of the Judiciary, and any other successor Contracting Officer who has responsibility for this agreement. The term includes, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the authorized representative of a Contracting Officer acting within the limits of his written authority.
forest officer means a full-time employee of the department of natural resources who is designated a forest officer under section 1503.29 of the Revised Code and is in compliance with section 109.77 of the Revised Code.
Licensing Officer means a person with the authority to enter into, administer, and/or terminate Agreements and make related determination and findings.
Competent Officer means any officer authorized by the Corporation to act on behalf of the Corporation under this Contract.
