Principals Committee definition

Principals Committee shall have the meaning set forth in the Plan.
Principals Committee means the committee that may assist in the administration of the Plan as described in Section 2 hereof. The Principals Committee is comprised of Messrs. Wesley R. Edens, Peter L. Briger, Jr. and Randal A. Nardone as of November 4, 2016. The Compensation Committee shall be responsible for determining whether the replacement of a member of the Principals Committee is necessary in the event of the Death, Disability, termination or resignation of any member of the Principals Committee. In determining a possible replacement, the Compensation Committee shall ensure that each business unit (i.e., PE and Credit) shall always maintain at least one representative on the Principals Committee.

  • The Principals Committee (PC) shall continue to serve as the Cabinet-level senior interagency forum for considering policy issues that affect the national security interests of the United States.

  • Such terms and conditions will be more fully set forth in (i) such principles and policies as may be promulgated by the Compensation Committee and/or Principals Committee from time to time pursuant to Section 2, (ii) each Award Agreement and/or (iii) such other agreements and documents (whether or not referenced in this Plan) as may be necessary or appropriate to give effect to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • The HSC Principals Committee (HSC/PC) shall be the senior interagency forum under the HSC for homeland security issues.

  • Additional persons eligible to participate in the Plan shall be determined by the unanimous agreement of the Principals Committee, subject to the approval of the Compensation Committee.

Related to Principals Committee

  • Appeals Committee means a Committee or Tribunal duly appointed by by-law to conduct hearings under this By-law;

  • OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.

  • Credentials Committee means the committee established by the Medical Advisory Committee to review applications for appointment and reappointment to the Professional Staff and to make recommendations to the Medical Advisory Committee and if no such committee is established it shall mean the Medical Advisory Committee;

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Executive Committee means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the Commission.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Retirement Committee means a committee consisting of the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of HR Operations and the Compensation & Benefits Manager.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.

  • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Plan Committee means a committee of two or more directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.

  • Administrative Committee means the committee in charge of Plan administration, as described in Article VII.

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.
