Purchaser’s Representatives definition

Purchaser’s Representatives shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6(a) herein.

Purchaser’s Representatives means the directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, internal and external financial, technical, legal or other advisors and any representatives of Purchaser and of any of Purchaser's Affiliates;

Purchaser’s Representatives is defined in Section 7.1(a).

Examples of Purchaser’s Representatives in a sentence

• Prior to any visits by Seller or its Subcontractors to the Project Site, Seller shall coordinate and arrange such visits with Purchaser’s Representatives.

• Aside from TPO and public priority pur- poses, disclosure can only be made with patient authorization, which is a specifically defined document executed by a patient in a particular situation.10 With this, a patient can “authorize” any use or disclosure of his information.In addition to these notions of consent, the “minimum nec- essary” principle provides a blanket for most uses and disclo- sures.

• Seller may from time to time establish reasonable rules of conduct for Purchaser and Purchaser’s Representatives in furtherance of the foregoing.

• Unless the competent authorities of the Parties otherwise agree, ordinary costs incurred in providing assistance shall be borne by the requested Party, and extraordinary costs incurred in providing assistance (including costs of engaging external advisers in connection with litigation or otherwise necessary to comply with the request) shall, if they amount up to $US 750, be borne by the requested Party.

• Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, it is understood and agreed that money damages would not be a sufficient remedy for any breach of this Section 6.3 by Purchaser or Purchaser’s Representatives and that Seller shall be entitled to specific performance and injunctive or other equitable relief as a remedy for any such breach of this Section 6.3 by Purchaser or Purchaser’s Representatives.
