Priority 3 Problem definition

Priority 3 Problem means any fault in a supported Product that causes minimal performance impact to business operations. Examples of Priority 3 Problems include issues in Products that do not impact mission critical functionality, non-repeated issues that temporarily impacted mission critical functionality but have since recovered, issues seen in a test or pre-production environment that would normally cause significant adverse impact to a Product, or work-around in place for Priority 1 or Priority 2 issues.
Priority 3 Problem means any fault in a supported System(s) that does not impact mission critical functionality, non-repeated issues that temporarily impact mission critical functionality but have since recovered, issues seen in a test or pre-production environment that would normally cause significant adverse impact to a System(s), or Work-Around for Priority 1 or Priority 2 Problems.
Priority 3 Problem means a Defect in the Licensed Software such that GS is able to use the Licensed Software but GS’s usage of features of the Licensed Software not critical to GS is unavailable. Licensor must initially respond to a Notification relating to a Priority 3 Problem within the time period specified below in Section 5(b) below, and will use its reasonable efforts to fix, provide a work-around, or otherwise resolve a Priority 3 Problem within the time period specified below in Section 5(b) below.

Examples of Priority 3 Problem in a sentence

  • If a Problem is classified as a Priority 3 Problem, Pulse Secure and End User shall work full-time during Normal Business Hours, and shall use all commercially reasonable efforts, until a Work-Around or Problem Resolution is successfully implemented.

  • Subject to the preceding sentence, Pulse Secure will use all commercially reasonable efforts to provide a Work-Around or a Problem Resolution within 30 calendar days of a Priority 3 Problem being reported to Pulse Secure by End User.

Priority 3 Problem means a problem which causes only minor inconvenience to the end user including as for example, but not limited to, misspelled error messages and documentation errors. Pacific Softworks Inc. will correct Priority 3 Problems in future releases of the Software.
