Private Credit Loan Asset definition

Private Credit Loan Asset means any Eligible Loan Asset (other than a Liquid Credit Loan Asset) designated as such by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion in the applicable Approval Notice.

Related to Private Credit Loan Asset

  • Revolving Loan Commitment means the commitment of a Revolving Lender to make Revolving Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(ii), and “Revolving Loan Commitments” means such commitments of all Revolving Lenders in the aggregate.

  • New Revolving Loan Lender shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(b).

  • Revolving Credit Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Lenders’ Revolving Credit Commitments at such time.
