Private Debt definition

Private Debt means the (i) $462,000,000 aggregate principal amount outstanding of notes issued pursuant to the Note and Guarantee Agreement, dated September 24, 1993, by Smurfit International B.V. and Smurfit Packaging Corporation and guaranteed by JSG and (ii) L 30,000,000 aggregate principal amount outstanding of notes issued pursuant to the Note and Guarantee Agreement, dated September 24, 1993, by Smurfit International B.V. and Smurfit Packaging Corporation and guaranteed by JSG.
Private Debt means loans, debts, guarantees and/or other obligations of the Guarantor in excess of 30% of the total consolidated fixed assets of the Guarantor and its Subsidiaries, not being Public Debt.
Private Debt means loans, debts, guarantees and/or other obligations of the Issuer in excess of 30% of the total consolidated fixed assets of the Issuer and its subsidiaries, not being Public Debt.

More Definitions of Private Debt

Private Debt means the Indebtedness of Borrower to Private Lenders in the initial principal amount of $15,000,000.
