Private Label Program definition

Private Label Program means a business arrangement in which Originator agrees to extend open end credit card accounts to customers of such Retailer and such Retailer agrees to allow purchases to be made at its retail establishments, or in its catalogue sales business, under such accounts.
Private Label Program means the Originator’s program of originating private label credit card receivables primarily from sales at stores, catalogs and/or e-commerce websites associated with one or more Affiliated Brands, as specified in the Cardholder Guidelines.
Private Label Program means the Originator's program of originating private label credit card receivables primarily from sales at Fashion Bug and Fashion Bug Plus stores, as specified in the Cardholder Guidelines.

More Definitions of Private Label Program

Private Label Program has the meaning given in Section 2.01(a).
Private Label Program means any arrangement (other than a XXXX-Branded Program) whereby XXXX has agreed or will agree with FMC (pursuant to a certain Master Loan Guaranty Agreement between XXXX and FMC, dated as of February 2, 2001) to originate and/or guaranty loans, if such program is designated as a "private label program" in the written agreement making such program an FMC Purchase Program (as defined in the Master Loan Guaranty Agreement).
